We accept returns for most products within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. However, due to the nature of cross-border shipping, we may not be able to accept returns for all items, especially those shipped internationally. Please review the following guidelines:

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process, but please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned items are safely returned to us.
4. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item Back: Return the product in its original condition to the address provided by our customer service team.

Processing: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping fees), or process the exchange, depending on your preference.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Please note that the following conditions apply:

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected on your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will assess the situation and do our best to resolve it.

For Damaged Items: If the product is damaged during transit, we may not be able to offer a full refund, as shipping damage is typically the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to either provide a replacement (if available) or offer a partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

7. International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that:

Customs Duties & Taxes: These are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by CNGOODS.
